SORTING TABLE

The simple sorting

Transport by smooth band at variable speed remains the most comfortable means and most efficient to ensure the perfect sorting of the vintage, the SOCMA was fixed for objective to design a sort table to optimize easy cleaning while integrating options making it possible to satisfy a maximum of applications related to the sorting.

Faithful to its logic of innovation, the SOCMA has done its utmost for :

  • the globalisation of the sorting activity up to the waste collection.
  • ease of dismantling.
  • the ergonomics of the working stations.
  • rationalization of the kinematic chain.

The sort table is composed of :

  • a self-carrier inoxidizable stainless 304L frame.
  • a smooth band 600 or 800 width - special device making it possible to slacken and retighten the band in a few seconds.
  • tilting sides to ease cleaning.
  • a geared motor with electronic speed controller to adapt the band run speed according to work to carry out.
  • a receipt hopper of vintage.
  • a scraping device of the band.
  • all the inoxidizable stainless elements are delivered with a microsphere-made finish.

In option :

  • an exit hopper support rammer.
  • side vats of waste recovery.
  • adjustable feet

Use advantages :

The tilting sides have angles designed to ease the hand moving of the user without hindering him. On these sides two hoppers of recovery waste are set up. Their locking pins makes an dismantling and an easy draining possible. Their form is designed so their access comes naturally under the operator hand. The electronic controller makes it possible by the simple rotation of a knurled nut to adapt the band run speed according to matter or the number of people.

Ease of cleaning :

The frame makes in self-carrier inoxidizable stainless structure is especially designed to avoid the corners which would make cleaning hard. The sides in the shape of sliding sole plate, keeping in position work by inoxidizable stainless locks, are tilting to ease the rinsings between two supplies. Inoxidizable stainless apron conveyors make it possible to slacken the band to ease the spreader jet access when cleaning. You just have to withdraw the connection pin of the staple connecting both of ends of the band for a dismantling with a view to full-cleaning at the end of the day or at the end of the vintage time.
