CONVEYOR BELT
Transport gently:
The transport of the vintage takes on importance in the respect of this one, major element in the wine making of quality. Indeed, it is pointless for the winegrower to make significant efforts to bring an irreproachable vintage to the wine storehouse if, by the action of unsuited means, it reaches completely dilacerated out in vat. The vine grower has several means : the vintage pump, the conveyor belt, the small cage. To date, the less disadvantageous tool is the conveyor belt.
Faithful to its logic of innovation, the SOCMA did its efforts on :
- ease of cleaning.
- rationalization of the kinematic chain.
So was born conveyor belt SOCMA
The conveyor belt is composed of :
- A self-carrier inoxidizable stainless 304L frame, assembled on rubber tire wheels and often equipped with a lifting hydraulic system.
- a smooth band or with food PVC cleats.
- a special device allowing to slacken and retighten the band in a few seconds.
- the motor put at the base of the belt ensures a perfect stability of the unit.
- a light box, free from zone of retention, easily accessible to the water jet
- all the inoxidizable stainless elements are delivered with a microsphere-made finish.
And in option :
- a speed controller.
- a pendular rammer.
- Movable slide.
Transport and even more:
Treading becoming a significant need, the head of conveyor SOCMA is ready to receive a part serving as hopper, on which comes to fix itself by two simple knurled nuts, pendular rammer SOCMA.
Thanks to the conveyor equipped with pendular rammer SOCMA, the userhas from now on an efficient tool, able to take up at the top of the vats the grapes or the whole vintage and to tread to open the grapes, just at the top of the vat, to avoid oxidation noxious to the wine making. This operation finished in less than a quarter of an hour, and a minimum of water, the devices are perfectly cleaned. The whole comply with standards EC of operation. Moreover by its ease of use, of moving, it gets rid of heavy work related to tedious and dangerous movings of the transport machines and treading of the vintage.
